2 ) Install cabs and in the options of TCPMP go to associated files and check everything

1 ) Install and configure TCPMP as described above
2 ) Download FLV PLUGIN for TCPMP
3 ) unzip the 2 files in the zip into your tcpmp folder on your device
4 ) in the options of TCPMP go to associated files and check FLASH VIDEO
